Registration is open. Please note that:

• An Invitation Letter will be automatically provided after you complete your registration.
• Due to the high volume of requests there is a cap to 1500 registrations.

Deadlines:

• Early registration expires 31st July 2026.
• Author registration expires 20th of June 2026.
• Registration at the registration desk during the conference will not be possible.

What's included:

• All sessions of all tracks (research and ADS, journal, demo), tutorials, workshops, discovery challenges and poster presentations.
• Lunch and Coffee breaks.
• Ticket to the Welcome Reception and Conference Gala.
• Conference bag.
• Membership of the ECML PKDD Association IVZW. The registration fee includes the 30 euro membership fee collected in the name and on behalf of the Association.

Conditions of Use

• Unless there are exceptional circumstances (such as travel limitations due to conflict), at least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference.

• To be eligible for the student discount, you must upload proof of your student status during the registration process. Submitted documents will be reviewed, and confirmation of the discount will be provided once your status has been validated.

• You can request your invitation letter for visa application after you receive the acceptance notification. If you need a visa to travel to Italy, please contact the nearest Italian embassy or consulate in your country. If you have any questions, please contact the local organizers.

• Cancellations received before August 1st, 2026, will be returned in full, minus a 20% administrative charge. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
