Please note that by registering to the conference you are automatically becoming a member of the "ECML PKDD Association (VZW)" for one year. The membership fee is included in the registration fee.
Acceptance Letter
To request an invitation letter, please email ecml-pkdd-2025-local-chairs@googlegroups.com with your affiliation, position, full address, and the ID of your accepted paper.
Refund Policy
ECML-PKDD 2025 is a research forum involving more than 1200 participants and extensive logistics. The venue and catering services are among the most expensive ever used for the event. Consequently, the refund policy must be strictly enforced to avoid compromising the conference’s overall budget. Refund requests submitted before August 15 will receive 50% of the registration fee. Requests made after that date will not be eligible for any refund.
